Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are shipped via standard delivery and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Shipping timelines may vary based on customer location and carrier operations.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. KC Hair is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, KC Hair is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered.

NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are considered final.

KC Hair does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been shipped. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all clients.
